Hang tight PB, this delay is very common for any R/S. Check out my post #26752. ALL of the stocks (except for 1) from the last 3 weeks of October who did a R/S have not started trading old shares yet.

I think the stock that TP24 was in recently was DRIOD and they took 3 weeks (announced the R/S 2 weeks in advance, and still took 1 week to complete and free up old shares).

We're fine here. This is normal. Just breathe everyone.

Otherwise, show me a recent R/S that has full trading capability now.
