seems to me that this is all a political move to prevent IBIO from being bought out so the current players arent left on the track in the mud when they switch horses mid race

bottom line- technological advances always meet with politics when there is money to be made (or lost by the lesser technology)...
the bigger the threat that IBIO technology has to replace the current technology the bigger the effort to slow them down

if the current technology cant produce enough doses but IBIOs technology can... who will win this one?

if IBIO gets bought out this pps could be in the $50 range almost overnight!
