what else could one conclude given admin non-action in this example of ongoing, blatant TOS violations [as well as many, many, many other alias examples]...while others are "collared" simply because they ask for supporting documentation of statements-made-as-fact, or offer factual info that could have a negative impact at the then trading SP?
[meaning that a better entry price may be "inevitable"]

while its understood that "...iHub reserves the right to remove or restore posts at its discretion..."
perhaps a further disclaimer should be added such as
"...particularly of those that expect honesty and fair play..."
and/or
"...even if no TOS are violated, but simply because we think you are a pain in the ass for expecting any level of integrity from others..."

btw: i didnt mean to single out pennybuster...and actually from what ive seen, his "type" of spamming isnt offensive in its content, as it appears he doesnt try to promote mis-information, but rather is only being "enthusiastic"
