There are a number of online logo creators. I've used them. Usually a company would change the colors, add text, maybe do a rotate on the image to make it theirs but if they are not designers and just wanted a quick logo, it's possible for the same icon to be used twice.

Who knows, though. That product is still not available for retail and one product isn't even there anymore.
