Why does any penny stock need shareholders ? Its not like a Facebook IPO that raises billions for the company.

I guess as a public company they have more access to capital to begin what they are doing. Plus, Management owns a lot of shares and if they keep making profits guess whose shares are worth million of dollars ? Theirs and our you guessed it..

Thats why people buy shares in companies to go along for the ride...if it succeeds they make major money.
