Three things to consider:

1. The fins may not be audited for WNTR. Frank said that he would report in compliance with the OTC requirements. The OTC requirements do not require audited fins.

2. The shares are still restricted. They may not be tradeable at the end of this month. In a certain posters screen shot, he showed a restriction until 3/26/15. Don't remember who, but absolutely remember seeing it.

Since I'm a WNTR investor for the long term, I can wait. Sooner or later they will be audited and GCHI will trade. I am long and strong WNTR and will be holding for the next decade. This is a long-term winner.
