Update on my questions for the SEC/Company is I still have not received an answer. Here is the question I sent to the SEC which is similar to the question I sent to the company.

I was told that when a Company (in this case Vortex Brands, VTXB) filed a Form 10 on 8/29/14 and an amendment on 10/03/14. I am an investor in this company and the company is not answering any questions.

My question has two parts:

Is there any time limit for the SEC to approve or deny the submission?

Does a submitted amendment restart the clock for approval?
