I could care less about explanations, the way I see it is this, Bill AKA CEO, needed money to monetize assets, he got it and had to cough up a lot of shares at a great discount. The note holders don't know what to do with all these shares and don't know how to put a program together to A)liquidate their shares B) run the pps back to a profitable range. Doesn't seem like they would be making money down here with little retail volume.
