A R/S only works when the PPS is significantly higher (over $.01). The company is making the right moves: 1st retiring 600 million shares and now cancelling the R/S. Once product is on shelves next month and we are earning solid revenues and trading substantially higher Q4 next year I could see a R/S coming which should help PPS even more.

Management won't let TBEV fail...I'm glad shareholders are being put 1st which is more than I can say for most stinky pinky companies.
