Appreciate that 2b. However, one responsibility of a shareholder is to hold the company accountable to their "goals." Believing as I do in the importance of those audited financials, I want those in charge to have some serious "fire in the belly" to get them done. Thus, if they are saying "audited financials for 2014" I want them - preferably in 2014.

If they'd like to produce them in calendar year 2015, then I'll be expecting direct word (newsletter, pr, etc.) indicating a status update.

I cannot state my point adamantly enough: WE NEED AUDITED FINANCIALS!
