Criminals are always expert at working a system to their advantage through any means necessary - regardless of the system.
The smartest criminals pay enormous sums of money lobbying/bribing the government to do their bidding. GE is another example of a Bandit/Stupid firm.

Being a Stupid-Bandit they don't care they're destroying more capital than they're creating.
This is why Bandits like the Wal-Mart gang belong in prison.
But as Wal-Mart is a Stupid-Bandit, they are a real and present danger to all intelligent people.
