I think its only relevant if it passes, hear me out. If it goes through it creates a great opportunity for VPOR , if not then nothing changes for the negative with VPOR as growth is just fine without it. Its just a matter of time before it get taken off class 1 level federally. That will be the event that changes the whole sector in a minute
