I don't think you qualify to assure us this is happening...

I'll say it again.The audit will happen by the end of 2014. That's 59 days from now. 

59 days or less means 59 days or less. It also means by or before the end of 2014 which happens to be 59 days or less from now. 

It doesn't mean yesterday. It could mean tomorrow,but not necessarily, because again, by the end of 2014 means 59 days or less. 

It doesn't mean last week, it doesn't mean last year, it doesn't mean 2016, it doesn't mean 2020. It means, by the end of 2014. 59 days or less.
