I never "suggested it was a HP"--what I said was that the DARPA project is for a blood filter so more likely the technology involved stems from the same used to create the HP, especially since as I stated the contract with DARPA was awarded prior to the creation of ESI.

In any event, corporate reorganizations aren't done on a project by project basis.

What evidence do you have for your opinion?
