i've often wondered if JB .. knowing what he knows *today*
would have come public via the almost always requisite dirty shell
(littered with priors) and all the ancillary sh*t that goes with the OTC cesspool

the sec is an effn' disgrace re: what they aid and abet and what they *ignore* to suit
