My prediction:

$1.50 by December.

Announcing a new JV project for another cattle farm, mostly combining existing small farms into a managed larger operation in partnership with local govt. Tip-off for this was the visit of the local govt official last summer.

New financing, possible loan.

EC announcement.

Two or three of the other listed expectations but not all of them.
