SKTO / AEGY - Shares in Canada may never be tradable. If they are indeed paying another company $50k (not sure where they found that money) to reverse merge into a shell company that does not really exist yet in Canada markets; I'm not sure the Canadian market will along an entity(ies) under investigation by the SEC to enter the public markets.

The cease trade order referenced also prevents the Canadian co. +doing a transaction involving shares or spinoff or amalgamation. For their last $300K, they needed a court order to allow one transaction. No one else could/can trade their shares anymore.
So this may be trying to go private....after dumping shares in the USA for as long as they could.
