Treaty : Many great plans...many poor deliveries.

The prospectus and outlook of January 16th 2014 was a recent example of a Treaty great plan, in my view. It is interesting to look back and see how little of that great plan was actually done.

For a while now, I have only been looking for action by Treaty, as reported in official reports (TRRC, SEC, GOB etc.) and I still don't see much action even from the new management at Treaty who were installed 6 months ago today.
