Think about the strategy in this LEGAL move by Ackman

This is dropping the case & appeal for Lamberth reversal ?
think this thru Legally, strategically & logically ...
why would Ackman do this ? He is definitely NOT a quitter ...
He has been fighting Herbal Life for a very long time

this is a got to be a strategic move ... possible reasons

1. To save Legal resources & $$$ so lawyers concentrate on other
pending cases at hand ?

2. To save Face if He doesn't get the appeal reversed ?

3. Could this be part of a precursor to settlement w Govt ?

Elections are Tues ... there is lots of last minute moves being taken

the Marine being held in Mexico Jail suddenly RELEASED

jus before the ELECTIONS ... who takes credit ?
