The vault is in place actually that is where they needed to add the mesh over the vented areas if u see im th picture at the bottom of the report they completed that already.. Obviously the vault is in the building other wise there would not have been a deficiency stating that the vault vent needed to be covered with wire messh !!! As you can seee the deficiencies in the report show there is a vault in the building level 8 vault
