Shares acquired for consulting. Monthly compensation the Ajene Watson LLC consulting services, $67,000

60% , $42,000, of the monthly compensation shall be paid in the form of common stock at a 20% discount from the days prior to closing bid

35% of monthly compensation $23,000 shall be paid in the companies warrants and or preferred shares convertible into the companies common stock a fixed conversion price of 0.007

Rest of compensation was to be in cash
