This way we Expidite the process as currently we have a hostile take over to move the company foward...

Remember 95% voted for the increase in A/S but didnt reach quorum because the majority shareholder didnt wamt to lose thier 50%plus ownership. ..

With increase in ownership this will allow capital to have Vision Move foward on thier cost share grants...
