The newest amended Terra Tech Corp. filing with the SEC still includes the lawsuit language. Why would the team of lawyers keep it in if it was cancelled? Legal documents filed with the SEC should not be overlooked. The reality of waking up to @LaughinPaulRyan saying "I TOLD YOU SO!" is more than likely to happen across all social platforms. Set up a Terra Tech Corp. exit strategy and read the SEC filings irregardless of how lofty the media coverage propaganda ascends. Recognize that press releases by Terra Tech Corp. is intended for toxic shareholders to sell diluted stock to naive investors who haven't done their due diligence yet, but bought the news in hopes of getting rich quick. Derek Peterson can't afford to issue a press release let alone head into the courtroom and face Dhar Mann.
