The problem is the very ambiguous way in which tox has started. Yes, 200g of Flucide was delivered to BASi and yes, BASi has started whatever part of the tests can be done with 200g. But we know that the total amount of Flucide required will be more like 2 kg. So the odds are excellent that at various times in the future BASi will be sitting on its hands waiting for the next precious 200g sample, which are currently being manufactured at the rate of about one per year. At the least we can expect BASi to do some tests serially that it would normally do in parallel, so this will stretch out the tox schedule further.
