Was scanning Kitco and came across this Little Gem.....STARCORE INTERNATIONAL....It is a Canadian Play; But it looks very interesting at Current Price!....The Website shows CASH ON HAND, DIVIDEND ANNOUNCED AND PAID, BUY BACK OF SHARES ANNOUNCED, FINANCIALS WITH LOW PE, LOW MARKET CAP....and on it goes!

STARCORE INTERNATIONAL....This Little Gem could be a BIG WINNER!
