Just another nail in the coffin. Suspended, AEGY deregistering, formal investigation and a merger (if it ever happens...which I doubt) that will see AEGY and SKTO to disappear. Common shareholders will be left with nothing and this sorry saga will fade away.

Benz and company deserve whatever is coming.
