No, the reason you are in this position is because the CEO sold a massive amount of toxic death spiral convertibles.

If any knowledgeable mining investor actually believe Ruby could be anywhere near economic, the Company could have received as much conventional financing as they could handle. But since no professional believed Ruby was viable, they didn't. And instead went with toxic death spirals.
