Things are getting better in terms of market sentiment with the resignation of Carl Germano. Now Inergetics needs to terminate Michael James immediately no matter the cost and the ship will be headed in the correct direction. It's sad to see a company held back by incompetence.

On October 28, 2014, Carl Germano resigned as a Director and Executive Officer of the Company. On October 30, 2014, the Company's Board of Directors appointed James Kras a Director of the Company to fill the vacancy resulting from Mr. Germano's resignation. - source
