You are reading the 8-K incorrectly. Those conversions are TOTAL numbers converted BY October 23rd which means that they were already absorbed in the PPS over the previous months and are counted in the current 530M OS. The OS here truly is tiny for $0.002 stock with real revenues. I can't wait to read more updates from the company.
