That's the way I read it Pr0xy, they have taken a shell from a few months ago and built it to the point where they are about to receive some significant non toxic funding and then really move out of the gate since they have built a nice little nest egg so far with limited cash. There is a something out there within AVEW the acquired companies are seeing that have caused them to come on board. They are seeing rewards down the road much larger that they see staying independent. IMHO
