Could the perps be planning to sell the SCAM to some unwitting fools? I can just see it now bumfield calls himself and pleads that if he doesn't give a little on the terms of his note, say taking a couple of shares for his cash then "all" cdex shareholders will suffer. Then on the phone to Motta he pleads again that the other note holder has agree to take 50 shares in return for his 100K in cash, and if Motta doesn't agree then you'll be just like those supposed selfish ex-employees who made him call an attorney a get some "advice" on how to screw all the note holders.
