Has nothing to do with the float or the % the insiders own. If they believe that the company is going to be worth more tomorrow, then it is today, they would have the company buy the stock into the treasury at .00140. That would do nothing but increases their stock value now and in the future. So I have to ask again if this is such a great deal why not, all major ( and I might add real) companies have a buy back program. Beth
