Think about this, what if EPGL structured a deal and kept controlling block while allowing larger companies to purchase EPGL/PwC shares?


What happens if Intel wants a % of shares? What about Cooper? What about other leading companies wanting a % of shares?

This scenario could push PPS into dollars while EPGL remains in control of company for long term growth, while those they are developing with can see their investment grow too in EPGL investment.
