Management of some companies are absolutely mind boggling to me. Who gives two shits about pink sheet, otcbb, or otcbq listings.
What some pea size brain morons do to achieve that status is unthinkable and dumb. I mean if your not trying to achieve big board listings and your company looks prosperous and growing in the near future leave the damn share structure ALONE!!!

Example:

We are a small pinksheet company with brain dead management and did $1b deal with microsoft this week but we have to do a reverse split first to keep our status. TIMMMMMBER!!!!!!!! Stock worth shitz!!
