Im going on a limb here saying weedmaster right weve seen sclabs test with high amounts of thc that are not being used ..hence it cannot be HEMP..
also the federal law is lower then 3% per dose so if they make there own strains this can be accomplished ...again maybe they found away to just extract the cbd out of the mmj.... also if grcu is buying end prodyct there within guidelines....
