I have not been issued a refund. They even double charged me and my email was forwarded but no refund and no further response. So yes, they are stealing.

We are part owners of this company and can comment on any aspect of it we like. This "if u dont like it then leave" attitude is childish. Nothing would ever get done if everyone just left instead of addressing problems and trying to fix them.

And yes this IS a problem. They completely crapped the bed on the C&N deal and need to explain why. This amount of silence is very shady.
