Incredibly protective? Not at all. I just put a lot of emphasis on detail and understanding the written word. Likely because of my occupation and the requirement to get it right the first time when all one has is the written word to guide them.

I had absolutely no problem in understanding the CEO's statement regarding no dilution for financing purposes.
