BK or a sell of the patent might be the best course of action.

Were they to sell the patent, Shapiro would be the chief benefactor. But again, who has the authority to sell anything? There don't seem to be any directors, unless Shapiro insisted on installing someone we don't know about. Patterson's letter, however, suggests that he didn't do that.
