TOG: That was my initial impression from his statement; however, much like most of what he says, I had to research. Based on what I found, "Upcoming Year" is actually the year after in which the year the statement was said.

Since he made that comment in 2014, it is safe to say that nothing will pan out this year in regards to partnership; however, who knows what could happen in 2015.

This is the reason that I consider SK a "Bag of Wind" who makes "Meaningless Statements".
