Why Are Any Of The Bulls Surprised ...

By the way the price(s) are fluctuating, given the history of this company's share structure?

Just my opinion,(JMO) but the volume and pricing is exactly what I am expecting.

If you see the 5 day trend, and anticipate the next announcement, "Done Deal", one would most likely think the 3's are, well about over.
