If you've been following the stock for a while and checked on L2 you can see that the stock has traded based on what the MMs and management wants, it has steadily gone up over the last few months to this catalyst next week for the MJ boom.

Right now there is a shorter through CDEL who maneuvers the stock wherever he or she wants it, right now they want a two candle consolidation, but they won't get it imo due to the elections on the 4th this is the perfect time to add before this starts taking off.
