It's all due to the strong global economic recovery (and an abundance of liquidity from the major CBs). I think this is an inflection point in this sovereign debt bubble. Japan is in panic mode (buying stocks no less. Not enough new bonds to buy). Next it will be the Fed that ensues with QE4 (in mid-2015). Things are beginning to get really insane.
