Would someone post the new s1? This continued banter back and forth is getting really old. Why the reduced shares? This should be the conversation going back and forth. Isn't this very obvious? Shares are being reduced because they have in all reality secured funds elsewhere period. For anyone and I mean anyone to state this is bad is purely comical. Also to think they get no licenses with the overwhelming support from city and planning commission.

For the skeptics why do you think the S1A shares has been reduced 2 times. My guess itis reduced yet again in the very near future. Let's discuss something meaningful.
