Reluctantly, I agree with you. That being said, I believe HHSE will file form 10. Will it happen today? We shall see? Personally I believe it wont happen until on or before Nov 15th. I know Eric said end of month, but when has Eric ever been on time on anything. Not making deadlines doesn’t make Eric a liar. He has come through on filing financials to SEC…….What company does that voluntarily……Answer NONE.
HHSE has been filing through SEC since Nov 2013. Do you think HHSE would file incorrect numbers to SEC. …….I don’t think so.
The Audit is just a means to up-list to OTCQB. I don’t need the Audit to verify numbers.

OH, and to clarify. Eric said Audit Letter along with form 10.
