beam, re: compensation ...

"The personal financial burden on these officers and directors must be substantial"

This is old info posted below, I'm sure there is newer out there, but the numbers shown aren't TOO bad for 2004 for a company that's not making money yet.

Anyway, making a startup company successful (I know, not exactly a startup, but ...), well, isn't that sometimes all about pain? With rewards coming after the company becomes very successful? I know it was that way with the business I started.

Just the observation of someone who would just as soon see these guys cash in penny options later rather than sooner, especially when it's 6MM at a whack.

As of 12/04:

$Pay - $Value of Exercised Options
Mr. Charles W. Fritz , 49
Founder, Chairman and Member of Compensation Committee
$ 175.00K - $ 156.00K
Mr. Charles T. Jensen , 62
Chief Exec. Officer, Pres, Director and Member of Compensation Committee
$ 175.00K - $ 347.00K
Mr. David A. Dodge , 30
Chief Financial Officer, VP and Controller
$ 122.00K - $ 25.00K
Mr. William E. Fritz , 75
Founder, Sec. N/A N/A
Mr. Martin N. Copus ,
