Sure hope you're not going to try to connect the dots of Nemes (current CEO) to Don Wood (resigned CEO) to RENU (active company and been so for years, even as SHKZ) and then to GRBG (not related) via the failed St. Cloud play, and then to Big Apple, who were being considered as a potential financier, but then rejected due to their unscrupulous business dealings, thus causing Wood to resign from GRBG and take over the active company RENU from James Scott, and then resigning over the failure of St. Cloud and Nemes stepping in and taking over as CEO and doing a complete re-capitalization of the share and capital table, thus eliminating any past issues, and further promising never to use stock for the purpose of raising capital but always generating revenue through active production and installation of product and to date holding true to that promise both in current filings and in personal inquiry.........
