The rat is Eric, go check the blog where Eric has told shareholders numerous times HHSE stock is worth north of .10 yet he diluted us to the tune of 40MM shares in the past few months.
Lets dilute the crap out of our shareholders at under a penny just weeks before the form 10 and audit are about to be filed. That makes no sense to me. Just maybe the audit isn't really ready. So again its time for him to put up or shut up.
