Yeah the company is now defunct, I guess this is essentially a shell now that will get liquidated with the other assets of the company. Probably be years before anything happens with this, if ever, might just be one of those that goes dark and is never heard from again.
The one good thing though is that very few shares were ever traded of this, if I recall correctly no more then a couple thousand, so it could be appealing to someone who wanted to utilize this again someday.
I had high hopes for this, it had real promise but got FUBAR-ed, especially after they lost the Walmart contract, personally I don't think I'd touch it now as your money will sit stagnate for ages IMO.
