IMO, she may have been trying to get Shapiro out and he didn't want to give up control of the company or take a buyout from another company. She says resistance and compromise, indicating she was trying to do something which was probably the only way, but the right thing. Once she realized, it wasn't gonna happen, she bailed. Can't blame her though.
This will head south until we get some news of what the heck is happening.
But Ira running the company??? No thanks, for that I am out for now, but will watch this with popcorn as well.
