I am saying the DIOS deal was a hoax or a sham, however you want to put it. I'm not sure what CP thinks he proved by what he posted, but he proved nothing to me. I remember what happened, as do many here. They are certainly not going to come out in defense of me or you over CP. The DIOS pr came out at 3:54 on May 31, 2007. Perhaps people here remember this guy. I think he works for the company now.

Read the posts after that. Everyone was pretty proud of what the company had seemingly pulled of with their late day shenanigans.

Ok, so we proved when the "deal" was announced, hopefully to everyone's satisfaction. Next, was the deal legitimate. The company no longer exists and made no deals with any other company ever, as far as I can tell. The "deal", announced on May 31, 2007 was not included with the other collaborations in the 10Q for the quarter ending July 31, 2007 of the 10K for the following year. It must have went south fast, two months later and it was gone. I never heard mention of DIOS again from the company after May 31, 2007.

Ok, so the deal wasn't real. Well, maybe DIOS leaked it and not PPHM. DIOS, if they really existed, was a privately held company. PPHM was a publicly traded company about to get removed from the Russell. The deal was announced at 3:54 on delisting day. Who would have benefitted from that.

Ok, so PPHM announced it.

This guy seemed to be onto something way back when.

There could have been another reason for PPHM to perpetrate the hoax. This came out less than a month later.

Anybody remember that guy.

PPHM did have a well earned reputation of putting out bs pr's, getting a pps spike, having a bunch of shorts jump in, and then placing shares, likely with the same people who shorted the shares. I have no intention of trying to prove this, believe it if you want.

If this doesn't satisfy people as to the DIOS sham, nothing will. People believe what they want to believe. The best course at this point is to say it was in the past and it doesn't matter. With the same crew in charge, I disagree.

Now, back in timeout.

Ok, I'll remove Cryport from Carlton's resume. Unfortunately that was the crown jewel of his other associations with a .45 share price. We'll just leave it at ECTYQ(bankrupt), and PTSC. Maybe they should update his bio on the website.
